Kwame Obeng Dankwa
Assistant Research Scientist
Mr. Kwame Obeng Dankwa is a plant breeder and holds Masters of Agriculture (Crop Genetics and Breeding) from Sichuan Agricultural University, China and a B.Sc. (Agriculture) from the Kwame Nkrumah university of Science and Technology, Ghana.
He is currently part of the Cassava Improvement Program team of the Institute. His research works focuses on cassava genetic improvement and industrialization of cassava value chain. He also works on multiplication and dissemination of clean improved cassava planting materials across Ghana.
Mr. Dankwa has a good number of peer-reviewed publications in international journals (https://www.researchgate.net/profile/Kwame_Obeng_Dankwa) and has good knowledge in project management.
